Get ready for an exciting adventure in our Intermediate Level 3 Sewing Class, where you'll dive into the art of making a fabulous skirt or trendy baggy shorts!
You'll master essential skills like: basic pattern drafting, cutting fabric, creating an elastic waistband, hemming, and perfecting basic finishing techniques; we'll be with you every step of the way, guiding you to craft a simple skirt tailored to fit you perfectly.
This class is perfect for those who already know how to operate a sewing machine and have basic arithmetic skills—if you can add, subtract, and divide, you're all set - feel free to bring a calculator; this is all about fun, not a test!
All materials are provided, and you'll proudly take home your handmade skirt or shorts and the pattern you create!
Please bring along a sewing machine, tape measure, fabric scissors, pins, pencil, pen, and a fabric marking pen…
